1. Agreement. By ordering or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Fulfillment. We operate on a drop-shipping model — a third-party supplier ships your order directly. Photos/descriptions are provided in good faith but may vary slightly. Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days and can run longer for high-demand items; multi-supplier orders may arrive in separate packages.
3. Orders & payment. Prices are in USD unless noted. We may correct pricing errors or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
4. Shipping & tracking. A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed; we're not responsible for carrier, customs, or weather delays.
5. Returns & refunds. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery — email us with your order number to start one. Some items may be final sale (noted on the product page).
6. Marketing communications. Signing up for our list means you agree to receive marketing email; unsubscribe anytime. Transactional emails still send regardless.
7. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, submit fraudulent orders, or use it unlawfully.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
